1. Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Since each portrait and artwork is made to order based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing:
A description of the damage or defect.
Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.
Once we receive the required information, we will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
3. Cancellations
We begin creating your custom artwork shortly after your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to the custom nature of the product.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
If the product arrives damaged or defective.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Order Mistakes or Incorrect Information
If you provide incorrect information when submitting your order (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect photo files), we cannot accept responsibility for errors once the artwork has been created. Please carefully check your details before submitting your order. If there is a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make corrections before processing the artwork.
