1. What types of custom portraits do you offer?

We offer a variety of custom digital portraits, including: Pet Portraits: Custom dog and cat portraits, as well as portraits for other pets. Family Portraits: Handcrafted digital portraits of families, couples, or individuals. Special Occasions: Custom portraits for anniversaries, birthdays, and more. Each artwork is tailored to your specific needs, whether it’s a photo you provide or a unique design request.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order: Browse our collection of custom portraits. Choose the style that suits your needs (e.g., pet portrait, family portrait). Upload the photo or information you'd like us to base the artwork on. Complete the checkout process, and we’ll get started on your custom piece!

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all our portraits are custom-made, it typically takes 7-10 business days for us to create and finalize your artwork. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose, but you can expect your artwork to arrive within 10-15 business days after production is complete.

4. Can I request changes to my portrait after it’s been created?

We want to ensure you are happy with your portrait! Once your custom portrait is created, we will send you a proof for approval. You can request minor changes or adjustments, such as color or small details. Please ensure all details are correct before final approval, as major revisions after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Can I cancel my order?

We begin work on your custom portrait shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, we cannot offer cancellations, as work on your artwork may have already begun.

6. Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons. For more information, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Can I order a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! If you’re purchasing a portrait as a gift, simply provide the recipient’s information during the order process. We can even include a personalized message with the artwork if requested.

8. Is it possible to get a portrait based on multiple photos?

Yes, we can create a portrait based on multiple photos! Whether you want a family portrait or a custom design combining your pet’s likeness with another, we are happy to accommodate such requests. Just upload all relevant images when placing your order and include any special instructions.

9. Do you offer framing options?

Currently, we provide digital portraits that are ready to be printed. However, we are working on offering framing options in the future. For now, you can easily print your portrait at home or through your preferred printing service.
